Meet La Porchetta, Doreen

La Porchetta is a franchise brand across Australia and New Zealand serving Italian food across each county. We work with the Doreen branch of La Porchetta and have been working on their advertising campaigns.

Because this client is a franchise location of an established brand, there are unique challenges that you wouldn’t encounter in a new locally owned business. But despite this, we sought to work together to create the best results for this location.

What We Did

Because of the nature of this client, we focused on advertisement rather than social media or SEO management. With this, the best results could be generated for the client. Within the performance of the advertising campaign, phone calls are the most important measured component for aspects such as reservations and take-away orders.

  • In the comparisons between calls and clicks and conversions, they increase in similar ways over the recorded window, this also happens with the comparisons of impressions and clicks. This is a good indicator for consistent and overall improvement which should likely continue.
  • Calls have shown a consistent increase over time slightly changing within the end of the recorded window with a noticeable increase in the past 2 months.
  • It was only in June where there were consistent results for the client as seen with the small increase then drop in April of 2020. After this small drop, we have seen consistent results for the rest of the year.
    • A similar pattern has happened over the year for conversions as seen in the comparison of calls and Conversions
