Meet SEQ Campers

Located on the Sunshine Coast, SEQ Campers is a locally-owned luxury off-road caravan and camper dealership. Catering to outback adventurers that live for adventure but like to live comfortably while adventuring.

The Challenge

Under new ownership, SEQ Campers found themselves with no knowledge of the digital space and in need of guidance to generate sales. They had a one-page website that wasn’t able to showcase the full scope of their products and services. As the only dealer of Kimberley Kampers in South-East Queensland, they found that although they had an established base of loyal followers, they found it difficult to get the word out to new customers across the region.

What We Did

In an effort to direct our efforts toward the correct audience, we began with an in-depth marketing audit. Once we gained a better understanding of SEQ Camper’s digital presence, we implemented a strategy designed to reach their largest market: empty nesters looking for a change in lifestyle when they retire.

To engage this audience, we implemented a combination of organic and paid digital marketing strategies, including organic social media management, search engine marketing, search engine optimisation and website redesign.

Website Redesign

We created a new UI to complement the updated branding of the website with a fresh new feel.

We added a classified section to the site to list second-hand caravans and campers, an event calendar for trade shows, and additional pages to showcase all of the services they provide. We restructured the menu and footer area to make the site easier to navigate, to improve users time on the site, and added a video to the homepage to make the site feel more ‘active’.

The Results

In 6 months, Englander Davis helped SEQ Campers appear in 885% more searches and increased the size of the Facebook page by 69%.

Our Google Ads campaigns drove 1.03 million impressions, gaining more than double the interaction rate for the Automotive/Travel Industry averages.

Together, these efforts have resulted in an increase in web traffic from Google Search Results by 258% and more than tripled the number of visitors to the website.
